Job requirements

  • University degree (at least)
  • Sales experience in travel industry (at least)
  • Experience in working with travel wholesalers
  • B2B experience
  • Operating experience in a management system dedicated to travel industry
  • Advanced understanding of sales processes
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, in RO and EN
  • Excellent networking skills and good competences to build new partnerships
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Solutions oriented person
  • Marketing online and offline knowledge and experience (represents an advantage)
  • Former participation in tourism conferences and fairs (represents an advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales activity
  • Defines and implements actions for sales plan development
  • Identifies potential clients within national and international tourism market
  • Identifies sales opportunities
  • Develops and updates the potential customers list within internal database
  • Issues offers in close collaboration with the technical team, based on correct cost, time and quality estimations, sends them to the customers and tracks the status
  • Performs new products’ presentation activities to the existing customers (travel agencies)
  • Involved in networking activities and marketing campaigns within travel industry
  • Issues contracts, annexes and addendums in accordance with the negotiated terms with the customers
  • Reports sales status within internal data management system, on a regular basis
  • Develops solid partnerships with the travel agencies by adopting and promoting a customer oriented attitude and behaviour
