Operating experience in a management system dedicated to travel industry

Responsibilities
Responsible for sales activity
Defines and implements actions for sales plan development
Identifies potential clients within national and international tourism market
Identifies sales opportunities
Develops and updates the potential customers list within internal database
Issues offers in close collaboration with the technical team, based on correct cost, time and quality estimations, sends them to the customers and tracks the status
Performs new products’ presentation activities to the existing customers (travel agencies)
Involved in networking activities and marketing campaigns within travel industry
Issues contracts, annexes and addendums in accordance with the negotiated terms with the customers
Reports sales status within internal data management system, on a regular basis
Develops solid partnerships with the travel agencies by adopting and promoting a customer oriented attitude and behaviour
