Support Specialist (1-3 years experience)

Job requirements

  • High School degree (at least)
  • English language (written/spoken) at advanced level
  • Other foreign language (represents and advantage)
  • Excellent operating skills in Word, Excel
  • Editing skills in HTML, CMS, WordPress (represents and advantage)
  • Excellent abilities to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills and abilities to prioritize the allocated tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills (written/ spoken) in a professional manner
  • Fast learner and able to easily adapt to change
  • Is competent and able to analyze situations and make decisions within his/her area of competence and responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Support activity for customers and users
  • Receives, analyses, solves and/or reports issues indicated by the customers
  • Communicates with the customers on email, phone, online tools (chat, skype) in order to identify and solve/ report problems on products’ utilization
  • Interface between technical teams and customers (travel agencies)
  • Performs installations and uninstallations of certain Windows applications
  • Updates internal database with all relevant information
